ALDI, the largest discount store in Germany, is present in as many as 20 countries. In 2018, numerous new stores were opened; currently, there are more than 10.000. The Aldi stores in Italy belong to the most technically and aesthetically refined stores – Italians have a special relationship to food, and Aldi has adapted its offer to the market‘s requirements.
The first Aldi in Italy is located in Manzano, for which Alu Alprem produced all the glazed elements for outside and inside. Simultaneously, we created elements for Aldi Reana and Fidenza. We also made the jutting roof with Alucobond cladding. The façade combines a classic design with Low-E glass and structural tilt windows. The inner vestibule is entirely made of glass.
