The residential neighborhood Gaj Preserje is located in the southeast part of the settlement Preserje near Radomlje, in the urban area along the Kamniška Bistrica River. It is situated in a peaceful natural green environment with a beautiful view of the Kamnik Alps.
The investor plans to construct one building approximately every year. Following the series of buildings A and B, we now carried out works on a series of five buildings C.
Each series of buildings has a specific standard design, which varies between series. Every time, we coordinate with the investor to determine the implementation method and the materials used. Based on past positive experiences, each project is enhanced with new or improved solutions. It is also crucial to adhere to the scheduling plans, as this determines the agreed-upon date for the sale to residents.
