This energy-efficient hotel that is part of the Mond Gaming and Entertainment center was built in only nine months. The central theme of the 4-star superior hotel is the stories of winemakers from this part of Slovenia and neighboring Austria.
The hotel was designed and built in the low energy standard A2. It has extremely good sound and thermal insulation. The built-in elements meet the following standards: max. thermal transmittance Uw= 1.0 W/m²K, min. noise reduction = 40 dB, energy transmittance “g-value” is lower than 50%. Used glass: reflective SSSC, safety (ESG outside, VSG inside), RX warm 0.7 with noise protection of 42 dB.
