Infineon Technologies AG is a German semiconductor manufacturer founded in 1999 from a parent company Siemens AG. Today, it has about 47.400 employees and is one of the ten largest manufacturers worldwide.
We produced and installed all external glazing at the building. Additionally, we were entrusted with the production of all fire-proof and anti-panic doors. On some parts of the façade, we had to ensure vertical sound protection between floors with the value of Dnfw>/=58 dB. Horizontally, lower sound protection requirements had to be reached, depending on the use of individual rooms. On the ground floor, we installed safety glass with an integrated alarm loop. The entire façade has a Ucw value of <0,9 W/m²K.
