Type of works performed by Alu Alprem:
The retirement home in Tezno is one of the largest homes in the town of Maribor. We built a conservatory at the existing restaurant, which has very good values of energy-efficiency.
Due to the limited space, existing structures at the object and an operating restaurant, we were very limited with time and space while performing our works. Windows for smoke ventilation are top hung windows, operating through an electric motor. This means that they can be opened also in case of bad weather. Alu Alprem was responsible for the coordination with the company which installed the steel structure and automatic sliding doors.
