The company Špan, located at the outskirts of Slovenia’s capital city Ljubljana, is a private company offering new and used vehicles of various car brands. The company invested in a new building with the intention to bring all their services under one roof.
We did not want the building to have an industrial character. With the optimal price-performance ratio, we offered to our client the best option, which was also implemented. The building had to be completed in a very short time, until the end of the calendar year, which we managed also despite winter conditions and the holiday season.
