This residential area in the 22nd district of Vienna was the winner of the “Generation: Wohnen” contest. The apartments were given to families in pairs. All paired groups had to be related but of different generations. Families selected apartments next to each other or within the apartment complex.
The company Alu Alprem produced aluminum joinery, and MM Alprem GmbH was responsible for the coordination of the project. We manufactured and installed all the aluminum doors, windows, and fire-proof doors. What was special about this project was the color of all the elements, which was different for each apartment complex. For this project, Alu Alprem used the fire-resistant system from Hueck for the first time.
