Log Expert develops and builds projects for the market. Together with the company Armat, which acted as the contractor and coordinator for the buildings, we offered the possibility of joint project development and execution. The focus was on flexibility through assistance in design, quality, and speed of execution. The company Alu alprem took over the planning and implementation of all building joinery.
Ensuring fire protection was particularly challenging due to the size of the building.
With the investor, we found systematic solutions for a unified concept for their future projects as well. For these solutions, we keep a constant stock in our warehouse, enabling consistent and rapid delivery of elements.
Following the DC1 project in Velika Gorica, we also received implementation contracts for the DC2, DC3, and DC4 projects in this industrial zone. In addition to these, we also received orders for their projects at four other locations.
