On the outskirts of Ljubljana, the most complex building was constructed, attracting numerous curious onlookers even during its construction. It has become one of the most beautiful office buildings.
A special challenge with such a designed facade was ensuring thermal transmittance of Ucw < 0.9 W/m²K and air tightness according to the special requirement n50 < 0.6 1/h.
The structural facade is a combination of transparent tinted glass and special glass panels. The Alucobond is in cassette form with various shapes. The windows are installed on the outer edge of the ventilated facade, allowing for later upgrades.
Over two years, we completed the entire collaboration process with the investor, from conceptual ideas, planning, calculations, and optimization to execution. The final test proved that the building was executed in accordance with high expectations.
