The residential complex is built on previously undeveloped land between Ella-Barowsky-Strasse, Sachsendamm, and Gotenstrasse. In addition to 211 apartments, the complex also includes a kindergarten and a café. The building is an integral part of the new Schöneberger Linse district in the southern part of Berlin’s city center.
We carried out the entire aluminum facade glazing, including all entrances to the building and the terrace. Additionally, we received an order for aluminum sheet cladding above the facade and entrances to achieve the desired appearance from Ella-Barowsky-Strasse.
Special attention was given to the entrances, where there were very high security requirements. Polycarbonate glass and RC2 hardware were used in the entrances, providing enhanced security. The kindergarten has additional protection measures for the safety of children.
