The building Kaiserbüros is located at the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring in Cologne. It was built in 1959. When it was renovated, we made sure that its original character was preserved. All detail drawings and production plans prepared by Alu Alprem were confirmed by the authorities, responsible for the image of the city of Cologne.
We produced new windows and display windows. All aluminium profiles had to meet the demands regarding the dimensions and form: the frames and special decorative profiles were produced with millimetre accuracy. All openable windows are concealed. For evacuation purposes, every floor has a window at the side, where two fields open. All windows together with the accessories were produced at Alu Alprem in Kamnik, which allowed for a quick and easy installation on site.
