In the Saxon capital of Dresden, a modern residential complex with 123 housing units for couples and young families has been built in the trendy Neustadt district.
The entire complex is constructed according to the specifications of the KfW 55 energy efficiency standard. We also had to adapt to the requirements for individual elements with appropriate safety and thermal protection.
Alu alprem carried out all the glazed facade parts and aluminum elements of the building’s fittings. A particular challenge was building the glazed facade with a winter garden on the 5th floor. Due to the successful implementation of this project, we received a recommendation for another project in Saxony.
